Come to Kent October 27, 2007 for Kent's Halloween. It is a festive day, people frollicking around town in their costumes, grabbing a bite to eat before an eventful night.
Night comes, and thousands and thousands of people arrive in downtown Kent. The costumes are outlandish. Beyond your wildest imagination. Sexual, to political, you name it, you'll see it!
