The new Backerei bakery has its sign up and looks to open in the not too distant future.
Water Street Tavern is looking to triple its space in October, adding a rooftop patio, another bar, tons of tvs, as well as a stage for music.
Professor's Pub has a sign up, says coming in October.
The Bar'N and Green Room are now open and are oh so popular.
The Kayak, Canoe, and Water Park is being planned behind the scenes.
Ray's Place has recently opened its beautiful downstairs, with a new bar, new interior, very nice big screen tvs, and a new front to the building.
